Hackney Small Sites

We were appointed by Hackney Council as part of a team led by Adam Khan Architects and muf architecture/art to regenerate a series of council-owned sites in Dalston and Hackney Central, including Hackney Central station.

The team also includes Apparata, JA Projects, Landolt + Brown and community engagement specialist Daisy Froud.

Commissioned to take the scheme through to planning permission and construction we are currently carrying out feasibility studies looking into the mixed-use redevelopment of nine plots, some of which are allocated for redevelopment in the council’s local plan.

The studies will look at ways to deliver new community facilities and commercial spaces which regenerate both town centres while also helping the council meet its aim to deliver 1,000 new council homes by 2026.
